Glittering Heights is one of the new CE classified garden fireworks (the new Europe and regulations). Glittering Heights fired large red bursts and alos incorpertates some crackles. The minimum viewing distance though is 8 metres which means that many people can enjoy Glittering Heights in their own back gardens.
